National Printed Media Survey NOM Doelgroep Monitor - NOM target group monitor The survey ‘Doelgroep Monitor’ is a survey which is part of the NOM Print Monitor, a continuous multi-media study among Dutch people aged 13 years and older. NOM target group monitor meets the need of advertisers and media planners for single-source information on product ownership, buying behaviour, interests, activities and media consumption.
