Reed Business is a member of HOI. HOI, Institute for Media Auditing is the official Dutch ABC. The objective of HOI is to provide the Dutch market with reliable circulation figures through gathering, detailing, control and publication of circulation figures each quarter.
HOI publishes the circulation figures of more than 750 Dutch newspapers and all important consumer and business magazines. More than 93% of all the print advertising expenditures are in HOI titles (=print media that are controlled by HOI).
