Layer
A Layer (also DHTML) is an advertisement that can be reserved via a leaderboard at Reed Business and will appear as a whole layer that covers the website. This arouses a lot of attention. The clickrate is among 1% en 2%, hence strikingly higher than for standard banners.
Conditions:
- There is a frequency cap of 1. That means that the layer will be shown just once in a preset period (one day, one week).
- Maximum period is 6 seconds.
- The visitor should be able to close the layer easily.
- If there is made use of audio, the sound has to be turned on by the visitor.
- The price is € 130 CPM for a layer. This price arises out of €100 CPM for the layer and €30 CPM for the leader board that has a 50% discount.
